Financial Support

The PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF)
The PMI Educational Foundation is the philanthropic arm of PMI, whose mission is to champion project management and skills for educational and social good.

The PMI Educational Foundation's Scholarships and Awards Program supports development of the best and brightest future project management professionals worldwide through learning opportunities.

The scholarship program was established to assist students in obtaining degrees from accredited institutions of high learning in the field of project management or a project management-related field.

The program is open to any student preparing to enter or already attending an accredited degree-granting college or university. Scholarships are available for students at the bachelors, masters or doctoral level.

The PMIEF Scholarships and Awards Program
The PMIEF currently administers 31 scholarships valued at more than US $87,000. (New for 2008 are eight scholarships totaling US $36,500.) Of the 31 scholarships, 21 are funded by 18 different PMI components and eight are permanently endowed to be awarded in perpetuity.
